By accessing or using the BioPaw application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. BioPaw is operated by Pawpaws Group LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
BioPaw provides a pet waste collection and circular economy platform that allows users to log pet waste, schedule home collections, locate drop-off bins, earn Pawpaws loyalty points, and track environmental impact. The service operates within Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
You must provide a valid UAE mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Pawpaws points are earned by logging pet waste and completing activities within the App. Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Redemption codes generated in the App are valid for 30 days from the date of generation. BioPaw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice.
Points may be forfeited if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
BioPaw offers subscription packages (Basic at AED 29/month and Premium at AED 59/month) which include home collection services. Subscriptions are billed monthly.
Payments are processed by MamoPay, a DFSA-regulated payment facilitator. BioPaw does not store payment card details.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@biopaw.ae within 7 days of a charge to request a refund.
You agree not to use the App to submit false waste logs, manipulate points, harass other users, or violate any applicable law. BioPaw reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Commercial use of the App's content, branding, or data without written permission is prohibited.
Impact calculations (trees supported, CO₂ avoided, compost yield) are estimates based on industry averages and scientific research. They are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as certified environmental offsets.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, BioPaw and Pawpaws Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscription services in the preceding 3 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
BioPaw is operated by Pawpaws Group LLC ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use the BioPaw application at biopaw.pawpawsapp.com.

Location access is requested only when you use the "Find Bin" or "Detect My Location" features. We do not track your location in the background. Location data is stored only if you explicitly save it in your profile settings and is used solely to identify nearby bins and improve collection scheduling.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in Frankfurt, Germany (EU-Central). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement Row Level Security so you can only access your own data.
Payment information is processed by MamoPay (DFSA-regulated). We never store card details.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by UAE law.
BioPaw is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or UAE law. We will notify you of significant changes via the App. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
